NYFB Statement on the Confirmation of Brooke Rollins as U.S. Secretary of Agriculture
The following statement can be attributed to New York Farm Bureau:
“Today the United States Senate has confirmed Brooke Rollins, in a 72-28 vote, to serve as the United States Secretary of Agriculture. New York Farm Bureau looks forward to working with Secretary Rollins to address the needs of our agricultural community in New York – and to help lessen the challenges farmers and ranchers face every day. Those challenges include labor, trade and a modernized farm bill, among many others. We congratulate Secretary Rollins on her confirmation at this critical juncture for American agriculture.”
