Young Farmers & Ranchers Leadership Activities

Young Farmers & Ranchers (YF&R) participate in many leadership activities on the local and state levels. Workshops to enhance leadership skills and public speaking skills are offered at events like the YF&R Leadership Conference and the State Annual Meeting. Some of the county Farm Bureau Young Farmers & Ranchers groups also conduct leadership training sessions throughout the year. All Young Farmers & Ranchers are encouraged to participate in these opportunities.

Stay tuned for details about NYFB Young Farmers Meetings slated for Winter of 2024.
