New York Farm Bureau to Host Young Farmers & Ranchers Leadership Conference
The New York Farm Bureau Young Farmers and Ranchers Committee is hosting this year’s state YF&R LEAP Conference. LEAP represents "Leadership, Engage, Advocate & Policy" which will be the focus areas of the professional development program.
The conference will be held Feb. 2 and 3, 2024 at Cornell University and will have a noon-to-noon schedule. The conference price is only $49.95 for NYFB members and $69.95 for non-members and that includes an evening reception and a ticket to the Cornell vs. St. Lawrence hockey game. The hotel is an additional $119, and reservations are due by January 18 to receive the special rate.
The conference is a great opportunity for young farmers to invest in themselves, increase their knowledge, and expand their network with other young farmers and agri-professionals who are passionate about agriculture.
